DAY 1

Arrival to Beirut International airport, meet and greet with the local assistant to be transferred directly to the hotel for check-in.

You will begin your tour with the Lebanese National Museum with an impressive collection artifacts dating from pre-historic times up to the Ottoman era gathered from around Lebanon.
Your next destination is the downtown. This part of our tour is done by foot. We will visit the Blue mosque, and three churches (Marinote, Greek Orthodox, and Catholic Churches). Next we will see the roman baths and walk past the downtown shops.

Your next stop is Zaitunay Bay, followed by Pigeon Rocks (two giant natural sentinel rock formations in the sea).
Lastly is our stop to a busy commercial street called Hamra. There you will have the opportunity to buy souvenirs as well as enjoy lunch at one of Beirut’s most recommended resto-café.

DAY 2

After breakfast at hotel, your day starts with Jeita Grotto, two majestic separate, but interconnected karstic limestone caves. The caves were nominated as one of the seven new world wonders. The Jeita upper cave has 750 metres (2, 460 ft) of accessible walk-way, known for having the longest stalactite in the world. After visiting the upper caves, you then take a small boat-ride in the lower caves; a truly unique experience.

We then move on to the telephrique, a cable-car ride that takes you to Harissa, Where Our Lady of Lebanon sits. Our Lady of Lebanon is one of the most important shrines in the world honoring the Virgin Mary. The shrine is highlighted by a huge, 15-ton bronze statue of the virgin.

Your last stop: Byblos. It is one of the oldest continuously inhabited city in the world. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Astonishingly having survived the Phoenicians, Romans, the crusades, and Ottomans. The city charms visitors: from its Souqs(markets) to its magnificent harbor, Crusader castle, and sea-side promenade.

DAY 3

After breakfast, your day starts with Baalbek. There we will visit the roman ruins of 3 temples: The temple of Venus (goddess of love), the temple of Jupiter (god of the sky), and lastly the temple of Bacchus (god of agriculture). The temples were built starting the first century BC and are UNESCO world heritage site.
Your next stop is Anjar, where we will have lunch at the popular Al-shams restaurant, indulging in fine Lebanese Cuisine. In Anjar we will also see the 8th century ruins of an umayyad palace. The ruins of Anjar is also a UNESCO world heritage site. You will be able to buy souvenirs from a small shop outside the ruins.

Your last stop is Chateau Ksara, Lebanon’s largest winery. The caves, now used to store their wine was discovered by accident by the Jesuites (French missionaries) when chasing a fox that has been eating their livestock.

DAY 4

After breakfast, you start our day by visiting The Beiteddine Palace which is a masterpiece of the early 19th century Lebanese architecture built by Emir Bechir Chehab II around a small Muslim-Druze hermitage. It lies 45 km southeast of Beirut and is situated 900 meters above sea level.
The Beiteddine Palace, with its vast courtyards and beautiful fountains, ochre stone and perfectly geometrical arcades, is a wonderful sight to behold. The imposing doors of inlaid marble, the typical ‘mandaloun’ balconies closed in by intricate woodwork, and the richly colored windows are all characteristic of the period.

Your next stop is the Al-Chouf Cedar Nature Reserve, Situated about 60 kilometers from Beirut, is the largest nature reserve in Lebanon. It is home to about 25% of all cedars in Lebanon. The Lebanese cedar is a national symbol and is portrayed on the Lebanese flag. A must-see for nature lovers.

After breakfast, you will have a free day in the city for shopping.

Booking Procedure:

In order to proceed with any booking, a copy of your passport is needed along with 30% down payment and the visa cost if required. Future payments will be agreed as per package rules.

Package Cancellation:

45 – 75 days prior to departure date: 30% of the total cost of the package

45 – 30 days prior to departure date: 50% of the total cost of the package

30 days until departure date: 100% of the total cost of the package

Important:

Above cancellation policy does not apply in case of non-refundable bookings. Full payment must be submitted in this case upon booking.

In case of visa rejection, visa fees and above cancellation rules still applies, however we will do our best to minimize and waive the charges, but it cannot be guaranteed.

As for Airline cancellation, each airline has its own changes and cancellations fees depending on the carrier, class booked, routing and travelling date. These conditions will be communicated to you upon confirming the package and will be applied as per above criteria.
